Merlin Epos is a fully functional real time Epos system that integrates seamlessly with Imperium Business Solutions.
Merlin Epos consists of an all in one touchscreen terminal with additional peripherals as required. A variety of hardware options are available to suit your budget.
As you will see below Merlin has a host of in-built features and also has the ability (based on user roles and permissions) to access the Imperium back office suite of software for extended functionality. A real bonus for the likes of area and district managers on the move.

 Sales etc |
Merlin Epos can manage all combinations of sales, refunds, exchanges, deposits, credit notes, gift vouchers mark downs etc. It has been designed to manage all aspects of transactions from the obvious to the more specialist |
 Payments |
All payment types are accounted for, from the more obvious types of tender to deposit payments, credit note payments, deposits etc. And of course we allow for split payment |
 Reductions |
Whether for faulty or discounted items, Merlin Epos can cope with it, either with a cash or percentage reduction. |
 Customer Tracking |
Users have the ability to allocate transactions to individual customers. Am invaluable tool to market directly to your customers needs. Also any historical data can be easily identified (ideal for returns without receipts etc.) |
 Product Look Up |
The vast majority of input is by barcode scanning, however, if the product has no barcode, or has been damaged, simply use the product look up to identify the item. |
 Receipt Look Up |
Track any receipt that has been issues. Invaluable for lost receipts and re-prints etc. |
 Stock Look Up |
Find any item of stock in any of your branches or warehouse. This is ideal for the likes of special orders. We even automatically send a request to the site holding the item to transfer to the store |
 Stock Receipts |
When stock is received (or even returned) merlin Epos will check that the items received have actually been ordered (unbelievably we have discoverd that 100's of items are frequently delivered from suppliers in error). On receipt, if required appropriate barcode labels are then produced.
As soon as stock is receipted remember it is immediately available to all users of our systems. |
 Inter branch Transfers |
To make the most of your stock inventory, stock can be easily transferred between sites, with verification systems in place to allow for any losses in transit etc. |
 Permissions |
Users are only able to access areas of Merlin Epos granted to them, This is an important aspect in ensuring against theft and other spurious transactions. |
 Manager Functions |
A range of higher level functions also exist within Merlin Epos, including sales analysis (by any date range and type of your choice), allowing the operator to check sales against last year and budgets that have been set. Also the likes of cash reconciliations, petty cash, cash lifts etc. are all built into the system.
