Imperium Business Solutions has been developed using a modular structure, allowing your business to customise the system to suit your individual requirements.

For the smaller business we have developed 'My Store' which is integrated into the Back Office system - allowing users to enter sales,refunds,stock receipts and returns at Back Office level and thus gaining all the benefits of a fully functional Back Office system with accurate sales and stock recording but without the need to install a stand alone Epos terminal, thus keeping the costs to a minimum.

For businesses that operate a pick note, delivery and invoice structure then we have also intergrated 'Contract Sales' into the back Office system - allowing users to take orders against customers, with the option of delivery or collection. This module allows the users to create pick notes, delivery notes, delivery manifests and even has a built in invoice register. Again this module is available within the Back Office software and again does not require a stand alone Epos terminal (unless required of course).

For businesses that require the functionality of electronic point of sale (Epos) then we are able to provide state of the art Epos terminals again with real time access. Furthermore, for those businesses that require a fully functional E-commerce web site built into real time stock levels then we are also to offer this facility.
