Imperium Back Office software is the engine of the system and allows users to log in and access its rich functionality.

The Back Office system consists of a suite of software allowing the user to manage every aspect of their retail operation, from range planning through to stock control in real time from any laptop or PC with an internet connection.

The system is divided into several broad areas of functionality

   Main Menu Aside of the shortcuts available at the top of the screen, the Main Menu allows access to this feature rich system
   Database Integrity This feature allows the user to check on the health of their database 
   System Settings This area of the system allows the operator to customise Imperium to the individual business requirements
   Budgets Here, the user can set purchase and sales target and budgets
   Range Planning For those businesses that sell predominantly seasonal based products (e.g. fashion and footwear retailers), this suite of software allows the buyer to select the best mix of products for their business from the ranges available. The system allows for the likes of running totals of cost, retail and margin along with much much more.
   My Store For those businesses that require a feature rich Back Office system but do not have the requirement or budget for an Epos terminal then 'My Store' allows the user to enter sales,refunds,stock receipts and stock returns from a facility within Imperium's back office system
   Contract Sales For the businesses that operate sales using pick notes and delivery notes then this feature allows the operator to create orders and track their progress through to invoice payment. We have even built in an invoice register so you can manage your invoicing independently of other software
   Stock Replenishment Imperium back office software has a built in stock replenishment routine that guides the user to ensure that better selling products are re-stocked, whilst ensuring slower selling items are not re-ordered.
   Purchase Orders All purchase orders are stored within the system allowing the user to analyse the cost, margin etc of all orders placed, along with much more
   Management This suite of software is truly feature rich and allows operators to analyse their business from virtually any angle they wish. The likes of sales value, margin, sell our rate, cover etc. are all used as markers to ensure that the user has the necessary information at their fingertips to make informed decisions - and remember - all in real time - from anywhere.
   Customers This feature allows the user to analyse their customer base and track purchases made. Using a range of facilities this software has been designed to allow the business to get closer to their customer base and service their requirements to the highest levels.
