Imperium Retail Solutions has a multitude of options to choose from, with costs relative to which options you choose. In all cases, prior to implementing a system we will discuss with you your individual requirements and offer a full proposal, including timelines and charges. Our costs are fully transparent and if you have come this far then certainly an indication of our charges would be useful. Listed below are some our our most popular configurations, with an indication of cost.

Option 1
Imperium Retail Solutions Back Office with manual data entry.
This is our entry point installation and is ideal for the low volume retailer, maybe dealing only with web sales or contract sales (booking orders for delivery etc.) The user(s) will have full aceess to the back office feature rich system with the ability to enter sales, returns, stock recipts and returns via the back office console. This obviously negates the requirement of an Epos terminal as all operations are handled from the back office system. For those users that take telephone orders then this option works well, in that the customer details are stored and the picking notes, delivery notes and invoices are created for you. In order to implement this option you will need to purchase access to our Imperium Retail Solutions back office suite and have at least one concurrent user (i.e you can have multiple users but only one user can be connected at a time), With this option you will have the benefit of unlimited support and your system will be hosted with Coland Systems. We will require remote access to the machine(s) operating Imperium in order to give you the best support (we include this free of charge) The cost of setting up your e-commerce site will always vary dependant upon whether you would like us to work with existing web designers or whether you would like us to implement the complete solution. Option 2
Imperium Retail Solutions Back Office with single Merlin Epos terminal
This is a great option for the bricks and mortar retailer, with a package consisting of Imperium Retail Solutions back office system and a single Merlin Epos terminal - a great package to get you up and trading electronically. In order to achive this you will require Imperium Retail Solution back office system and a Merlin Epos terminal with software. The Merlin Epos terminal (for this example) will consist of the following All in one touchscreen unit Receipt Printer barcode label printer Cash Drawer Hand held barcode scanner Merlin Epos software Patch cable to connect to modem/router Receipt printer media Barcode label printer media Delivery to your site With this option you will have the benefit of unlimited support and your system will be hosted with Coland Systems We will require remote access to the machine(s) operating Imperium in order to give you the best support (we include this free of charge) The cost of setting up your e-commerce site will always vary dependant upon whether you would like us to work with existing web designers or whether you would like us to implement the complete solution. We understand that you will require training on your new system and we are currently busy creating online tutorials to help you. In many cases, using remote access we have been able to conduct in depth training. If you require on-site training, or indeed would prefer to conduct your training at our premises then we are happy to give you a quote. For retailers wishing to 'swap out' from their existing package and multiple and corporate retailers we recommend that you contact us to determine your exact requirements.
