Walters Shoes have been sourcing great collections of shoes for over 70 years and arestill a family owned business, now run by the fifth generation of the family. Aside of their independent shoe shop in Porthcawl, Walters Shoes also operate several Clarks franchise sites throughout South Wales. A representative of Coland Systems initially discussed the business requirements that Jane and Jo were looking for from a new retail system and having established that our systems would ideally 'fit' their business requirements we moved towards creating a time line document in order to achieve an organised, stress free and on-time 'go live' date. During the course of this period Coland Systems provided staff training at both back office and Epos level and installed the necessary network infrastructure. Prior to the 'go live' date Coland Systems conducted an electronic stocktake to set the intial stock levels and on the 'go live'' date a representative of Coland Systems was on hand to provide a helping hand if required.
