Riva Shoes are a quality national footwear brand, which are currently owned by Gardiner Gros. of Gloucester. Aside of their wholesale distribution, Riva Shoes have 3 concession sites operating in the Palmers Department Store group at Lowestoft, Great Yarmouth and Dereham. Having consulted with Riva, Coland Systems recommended that we install a dedicated Epos terminal at each site to operate independently from the department store systems. All transactions are collated centrally at our offices, with the users back office access via terminal services. Riva shoes regularly use the in built replenishment system at back office to ensure that the concession sites are always fully stocked with the product base to maximise sales. Furthermore, the inter-branch transfer facility is used extensively to manage the movement of stock from one branch to another, to maximise the groups stock inventory.
