Havana, along with High Society Bridalwear and the Designer Room is a conglomaration of businesses owned by two stylish, and enthusiastic businesswomen. They have built their business on a reputation of providing superb clothing for the bride, the mother of the bride and other stylish ladies in the locality. Indeed, their advice and products are well sought after in and around the Vale of Glamorgan and beyond.

Being a multi-site business in the same town presented something of an issue when analysing stock and sales figures and Coland Systems suggested that we create an amalgamated solution allowing for the analysis of information by individual site / department / category etc.

Due to the fact that the business operated on a high product value (usually by appointment) there was little requirement to install an Epos terminal at each site. Therefore, Coland Systems suggested that they use the inbuilt sales entry system within the back office software. This module allows the user to simply save the barcode when making a sale and scan the entry via the back office terminal at the end of rthe day. This structure allowed the business to benefit from most of the high level analysis without the requirement of installing Epos terminals.

Further to this we developed an 'engine' that would automatically inject their data to their existing e-commerce site, so as to eliminate the requirement of duplicate data entry.
