Mr. Drew Howie currently has two footwear retail shops, one in Troon in Ayrshire and another in Clarkston, just outside Glasgow, stocking familiar brands such as Rieker, Vandal, Gabor etc. Coland Systems initially introduced the Back Office system in plently of time to create the product database prior to the introduction of the Epos terminals at each site. Initially, the staff at both sites were apprehensive at the introduction of a new computerised system but when we arrived on site we quickly put their minds at ease and by the end of the installation and training all staff members were 'experts' in the use of the Epos terminal. Indeed, at Coland Systems we always try to establish a professional, yet friendly approach with all our clients and their staff and in most cases, where appropriate, we operate on a first name basis. Furthermore, throughout our on-site visits we emphasis that we have a support structure that is always just a phone call or email away.
