At the heart of the system is the Fresh Bytes Epos terminal. here the customers' orders are received and collated. As orders are received they are 'flashed' to the screen awaiting a user to receipt the order and start the production process.

Once the order has been receipted, the system will print the required labelling and constituents of the order. The kitchen staff would then start the production process. As the order moves from receipt to production and eventual collection or delivery, the customer is informed of the progress, via an automated email system. The orders are also cleverly queued to ensure they are as fresh as possible.

Aside of this functionality, a host of management options are available to manage and analyse the orders. We have even built in a bespoke labelling system, whereby for non Fresh Bytes orders the user is able to print a pre-designed label for any of the products available.
